I lived there until 8 yrs ago..and dogs were not allowed to roam freely on the beach! sad to see how Montauk has changed to accomodate the city people.

I Love this Video and also I checked out your Channel. Very interesting! I worked there as a waitress years ago and when people asked me if the Fish was Fresh I’d reply, “Sure, Freshly Frozen”….sad that
with all the fresh fish, seafood coming in from the fleet they serve frozen stuff! Twisted…

The Dock = best burgers. LOL. Johns Pancake house! Love it! My father has been going to Montauk since he was born; 1950. I’ve been going since I’m born; 1988. We camp at Hither Hills every year and the beaches are absolutely gorgeous. My father and all my brothers fish – like on the verge of obsession and Montauk is the perfect place for that. LOL I recommend the Gig Shack on MTK Highway in town. It’s new and the food is amazing!

Ditch Plains, best place on earth, I have a house out there and it’s the best place just to get away,=.
John’s drive in, best ice-cream ever.
Plaza, not my favorite store people there are a little snotty, but it’s still good.
