 In collaboration with the Miller family and the Charter Oak Cultural Center (COCC), we honor and celebrate Lilly Rivlin, who has worked as a journalist, writer and filmmaker for over 35 years both nationally and globally. Ceremony followed by Esther Broner: A Weave of Women, a documentary that profiles the life of Esther Broner, Jewish feminist, prolific author, dedicated scholar and passionate activist, who organized the first feminist Seder in 1975. Featuring Gloria Steinem and Bella Abzug. 2013. USA. 62 min. Not Rated.

6 pm: Reception
7 pm: Introduction by Alexandra Keller, Associate Professor of Film Studies, Smith College. Award to Lilly Rivlin.
